The Strength Symmetry Evaluation is an evaluation tool designed to identify strength asymmetries that cause reduced performance and may predispose an athlete to injury.
Designed around the main functional movement patterns needed for a better physical foundation to perform; The Strength Symmetry Evaluation consists of eight standardized movements for the lower-body, upper-body and core that determine and compare your clients’ strength symmetry profile.
The Strength Symmetry Evaluation (SSE) is easy to implement as a part of a workout, and provides immediate, real-world results that inform you and your client on their current areas of strength imbalances that need to be improved.
Coaches and Trainers that complete the online SSE Certification will be able to:
- Identify and rectify sub-optimal strength imbalances in clients and athletes
- Individualize and prescribe proper dosages of unilateral and bilateral exercises
- Increase performance and reduce injury risk in clients and athletes
